I would certainly agree that there is a lot of evidence to make a fair speculation that Cartman is gay or bi, but I don't see Kyle as the one he is attracted to in any romantic or sexual sense. Rather, I would say the relationship between Cartman and Kyle is more akin to that of the Joker and Batman from The Dark Knight.
